Requirements to Become a Registered Supplier

A registered supplier is a supplier that will have a business listing in our database of suppliers. Being a registered supplier means you have not done business with SRNS yet, but this gets you one step closer to a buyer connecting with you.

  • In order to be a registered supplier in the SRNS supplier directory, you must first have an active SAM.Gov registration with an active UEI number.
  • Fill out our initial registration form below with accurate and updated information. Not providing accurate data may result in your listing being removed.

Requirements to Become an Active Supplier

  • In order to be an active supplier in the SRNS supplier directory, you will receive a notification from a buyer to provide other key information within your portal. You will be considered active once a buyer receives all correct and accurate documents. If you provide inaccurate or incorrect documents, this limits your ability to work with our buyers.
  • This required information consists of accurate and updated important documents like:
    • W-9 Form
    • ACH Form
    • Voided Check or Bank Letter

First, we need to confirm you have an active SAM.gov registration.

Please note that the Company Name must match exactly as it appears in your SAM.gov registration, including any punctuation, spaces, or lack thereof (i.e. ACME SOLUTIONS INC). If you are running into issues getting your information verified, please contact us.

Must be 12 characters
UEI must be exactly 12 alphanumeric characters.
