While certification is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as it validates your status as a diverse supplier and can increase your chances of being considered for contract opportunities.
To become an active supplier, a supplier must first be registered in our portal. Once an opportunity becomes available, a buyer will notify the supplier and request additional information as needed. Upon contract award, the vendor will be considered an active supplier for SRNS.
You can register your company by completing the supplier registration form by clicking the “Supplier Registration” tab along the navigation bar, or the convenient links to “Become a Supplier” on this page. Be sure to include all relevant information about your company, goods and/or services provided, and certifications.
The registration process takes up to 10 minutes if you have all the necessary documentation ready to load.
Registered suppliers will receive notifications about upcoming procurement opportunities, and you can also check this link that will direct you to the external SRNS Small Business website for opportunity updates:
Once registered, your company’s information will be uploaded into our supplier database. Then you will be considered for relevant procurement opportunities and will be contacted for additional information as needed.
Yes, we regularly host networking events and workshops aimed at helping diverse suppliers connect with our procurement team and other business leaders. Suppliers in our database can find these on our Opportunities page.
We evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, innovation, and the ability to meet our standards and requirements.
